Upon finding a habituated gorilla family, visitors spend an hour observing these gentle giants. Transfer back to kampala

The journey back to Kampala from Bwindi Impenetrable National Park includes a scenic drive with a stop at the equator. After breakfast, you'll check out of your lodge and begin the drive, likely via Mbarara. A highlight of the trip is a stop at the equator, where you can take photos at the line marking the earth's hemispheres and enjoy lunch. The drive continues to Kampala, where you'll be dropped off at your desired location, either a hotel or Entebbe Airport for your departure.
