Nairobi To Amboseli National Park 250 km 4-5 hrs drive
Today, you will be picked up from the airport or your accommodation in Nairobi by our company representative. After a brief introductory session, you will be handed over to your driver-guide to begin your safari towards Amboseli National Park. You will arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. After lunch, you can enjoy the camp's facilities and activities before embarking on your first afternoon game drive, returning to your lodge or hotel at sunset.
Amboseli National Park is renowned for its breathtaking panoramic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest freestanding mountain in the world, and the highest peak in Africa at 5,895 meters. The park is also an elephant paradise, where large populations of African savanna elephants roam from swamp to swamp, grazing throughout the day. The observation hill provides stunning views of the mountain peak and the park’s plains and swamps. The varied wildlife in the park includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, wildebeest, buffalo, and many more.

Leave the camp after breakfast, carrying your packed lunch to enjoy in the wild. Spend the whole day exploring the marshlands and swamps of Amboseli, which are fed by subterranean water channels. Water is abundant throughout the year, as is the pasture. Elephants and various other herbivores can be found here. After a long day of exploration in this 392 km² park, you will return to the lodge late in the afternoon.
Alternatively, you can start the day with an early morning game drive to search for animals when they are most active. Then return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch.
During the hottest part of the day, take some time to relax in camp. You can read your favorite book, write in your journal about the safari, or listen to your favorite music while observing the birds. Don’t worry; the animals will be resting too! In the afternoon, head out again at 16:00 for another drive through the park. Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight.

The area is home to flamingos, black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and the endangered Rothschild's giraffes. The southern end of the lake is the best location for wildlife spotting. The forested area below Rhinos Cliff is a favorite among lion enthusiasts, as lionesses often enjoy resting in the trees there.
Following the game drive, you will exit the park and travel through the Rift Valley floor towards Masai Mara National Reserve. You will stop for lunch on the way to Narok town before continuing on to Masai Mara. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the Maasai warriors and escorted to a Maasai village for a cultural experience, where you can learn more about the community that has coexisted with the Mara wildlife for centuries.

You will have a picnic lunch under a flat-top acacia tree in the savannah while watching the animals grazing. After that, you will continue with the game-viewing en route to your camp, arriving late in the afternoon after thoroughly exploring this massive grassland savannah that measures 1,500 sq.
You can also book a balloon ride early in the morning, which is an optional activity. After landing, the crew will assist you out of the basket and escort you to a lovely setting for a bush breakfast, which is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and worth the price. You will have an early breakfast at 6:00 am and then go for a final game drive through the Serengeti as you exit the park. After that, you will depart for Ngorongoro with picnic lunches. Once you arrive, you will descend into the crater floor for a half-day crater tour. The crater is approximately 20 km/12 miles wide and 600 m/2,000 ft deep, and there are only two roads that connect the crater rim with the crater floor, one for driving down and another for driving up. It takes about 45 minutes to descend to the crater floor from the top of the caldera. The floor is home to a rich and highly concentrated wildlife population, around 20,000 mammals of varying sizes, including approximately 20 black rhinoceros. This makes the crater the best place in Tanzania to see these animals.
The animals in this area are less wary of humans and vehicles, making it easier to observe them up close. You can watch them as they roam the lakes, rivers, woodlands, and hills. Exit the crater to the lodge.
