Your Tanzania safari begins today to Tarangire National Park. Arrive in the park for a game drive, and later proceed to the lodge for a hot lunch. After lunch, you’ll head out for an afternoon game drive within the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees.

Safari to Ngorongoro Crater

We take an early breakfast at the lodge and then head to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. On arrival, we go through the registration process and descend to the floor of the world’s largest unbroken caldera for the most wonderful day of game viewing. We will have lunch at the designated picnic site next to the hippo pool and then continue with a game drive. Later, we will drive up the crater and proceed to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
