Pick up from Kigali to Bwindi after a brief city tour

Pick up from Kigali to Bwindi after a brief city tour

The professional driver tour guide from Kimed Ecotours will pick you up from either the airport or the hotel and make a city tour preferably the Kigali genocide Memorial or the local market and on the same day you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for the over night stay as you await for the Mountain Gorilla Experience the following day.

In the morning, you'll wake early for breakfast. You'll then head to the park headquarters with our packed lunch for a briefing about the gorilla trekking rules. You'll then head to the forest in a group of 8 accompanied rangers and a guide. After finding the gorillas, you'll spend an hour in their presence, and then return to the starting point. After the Mountain Gorilla trekking experience we shall transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation and have the overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast, you will embark on a boat cruise on on Lake Bunyonyi. You'll visit some of the 29 islands that mare found on the lake; some having tragic history while others have wildlife on them. After that, you'll embark on a journey back to Kigali as the end of the trip.
