Spend a full day exploring Amboseli’s varied habitats, from swamps and savanna plains to woodlands. Early morning offers the best light for photography and clear views of Kilimanjaro. After a picnic lunch in the park or a return to the lodge, your afternoon drive continues until sunset, when the golden light transforms the landscape.

After breakfast, journey to Tsavo West National Park, a dramatic landscape of volcanic cones, rocky ridges, and rolling grasslands. On arrival, embark on a game drive en route to your lodge, stopping at the Shetani Lava Flow to see its striking black expanse formed centuries ago. Later, visit Mzima Springs, a lush oasis with hippos and crystal-clear waters fed by underground streams from Kilimanjaro.
