1-Day Moutain Sabinyo Hiking

Embark on an unforgettable adventure hiking Mount Sabinyo, one of the most iconic peaks in the Virunga Mountains. Your journey begins with an early morning pick-up in Kisoro, followed by a scenic drive to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. The hike takes you through lush forests, bamboo zones, and steep volcanic ridges. Known as the “Old Man’s Teeth,” Sabinyo’s jagged peaks mark the meeting point of Uganda, Rwanda, and the DRC. Reaching the summit lets you stand in all three countries at once a truly rare experience. After the hike, you’ll descend and transfer back to Kisoro, arriving by evening. A challenging but rewarding day for any adventurer.
