On arrival at Maun International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to Sedia Hotel, a tranquil lodge set along the banks of the Thamalakane River. The afternoon is at leisure to relax after your journey, enjoy the poolside setting, or take in the sights and sounds of the surrounding nature. In the evening, you will meet your safari guide for a briefing on the adventure ahead.

Day 2

Full day guided Mokoro and game drive

Full day guided Mokoro and game drive

After breakfast, set off on a full-day exploration of the Okavango Delta. Glide silently through the crystal-clear channels on a traditional mokoro canoe, poled by skilled local guides. This unique experience allows you to get close to hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife while soaking in the peace of the wetlands.

Enjoy a picnic lunch on one of the Delta’s islands, followed by a guided nature walk, where you may encounter elephants, zebras, or antelope on foot. In the afternoon, return for a game drive through the surrounding floodplains and woodlands, with excellent chances of spotting giraffes, wildebeest, and perhaps predators on the move.

Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and a relaxing night by the river.

This morning, depart Maun after breakfast and journey into the world-renowned Moremi Game Reserve, one of Africa’s richest wildlife sanctuaries. As you enter the reserve, enjoy a leisurely game drive en route to your private campsite, with opportunities to spot elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and big cats along the way.

On arrival, your camp will be set up in the heart of the bush, offering a true wilderness experience. After lunch and some relaxation, head out for an afternoon game drive in search of predators such as lions, leopards, and wild dogs, before returning to camp at sunset.

After an early breakfast, pack up camp and enjoy a scenic game drive as you exit Moremi, making your way into the legendary Savuti region of Chobe National Park. This area is famous for its dramatic landscapes, large concentrations of elephants, and powerful predator action, particularly lions and hyenas.

Arrive at your private campsite in Savuti by midday and settle in for a bush lunch. In the afternoon, set out on a game drive across the sweeping savannas, keeping an eye out for prides of lion, cheetahs, and herds of buffalo. The striking Savuti Marsh, dotted with acacia trees and open plains, offers incredible photography opportunities.

Return to camp at sunset, where dinner will be served under the stars, followed by storytelling around the campfire before retiring to your tent with the sounds of the wild all around you.

After breakfast, depart Savuti on a game drive transfer through the wildlife-rich landscapes of Chobe National Park. Along the way, keep watch for elephants, sable antelope, and predators on the move as you make your way toward the Chobe Riverfront, famous for its abundant wildlife and scenic beauty.

Arrive at your lodge in Kasane by midday and take some time to relax after the drive. In the late afternoon, embark on a sunset boat cruise along the Chobe River, one of Africa’s most iconic safari experiences. Glide past pods of hippos, basking crocodiles, and huge herds of elephants coming down to drink, while enjoying spectacular views as the sun sets over the water.

Rise early for a morning game drive in Chobe National Park, where the cool morning hours bring excellent chances to see predators on the hunt, along with large herds of elephants, buffalo, and a variety of antelope. Bird life is also prolific, with African fish eagles and kingfishers often spotted along the river.

Return to the lodge for breakfast, before checking out and crossing the border into Zimbabwe. You will be transferred to your hotel in Victoria Falls, where the remainder of the afternoon is at leisure. Relax by the pool, take a stroll through town, or enjoy an optional activity such as a helicopter flight over the Falls.
