Arusha National Park – Wildlife & Scenic Landscapes

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and take you to Arusha National Park, a beautiful reserve located at the foot of Mount Meru. The park is known for its diverse landscapes, ranging from open savannah and lush montane forest to the picturesque Momella Lakes, which are home to flamingos and a wide variety of bird species. While on a game drive, you may encounter giraffes, zebras, buffalos, colobus monkeys, and many other animals. For a more unique experience, you can also enjoy a guided walking safari with a park ranger, giving you the chance to explore the wilderness on foot. Later in the afternoon, you will return to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

Materuni Waterfalls & Coffee Tour

After breakfast, you will depart for Materuni Village, a charming settlement located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. A short guided walk through lush green hills and coffee plantations will lead you to the breathtaking Materuni Waterfalls, an 80-meter cascade where you can take memorable photos or even enjoy a refreshing swim. After the hike, you will take part in a traditional coffee experience with the Chagga community. Here, you will learn how coffee is grown, harvested, and prepared, while enjoying local songs, dances, and stories. A traditional lunch will be served before you make your way back to Arusha in the late afternoon, concluding your two-day adventure.
