Pick up from your City Hotel or Airport in Dar es Salaam City and drive to Mikumi National Park, this drive will take up to 5 hours. Arrive for lunch in Mikumi National Park then continue with the afternoon game drive until sunset.
Expect to see, wildebeest, impala, zebra, and giraffe, hunted by their associated predators; easy to sport elephants, buffalos, Lichtenstein’s hartebeest, and greater kudu.
You will will also visit the Maasai Boma to learn the cultural and traditions.
In the evening drive at the Camp for Dinner & overnight.

Day 2

Early breakfast, then leave the hotel with a lunch box to Mikumi National Park. You will have a full-day game drive looking at the animals until 5:00 p.m. This is a good time for you to drive inside the park looking at a lot of animals like elephants, hippos, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, etc. If lucky even lions and leopards. You will have dinner and an overnight stay at Camp Bastian.

Day 3
Mikumi National Park to Ruaha National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Ruaha National Park and to arrive in time for a hot lunch. This will be followed by game viewing in the park, which is known to be one of the more natural, unspoiled as well as one of the largest parks of Africa. Ruaha National Park is one of Tanzania’s famous wilderness areas where one can have a rare experience of game viewing spiced up by the fascinating landscapes.
Dinner and overnight at Mdonya Old River Camp.

Day 4

In the morning after breakfast, you will have a full day of game viewing in the park. The exciting Great Ruaha River features large numbers of hippos and crocodiles and attracts lions, leopards, hunting dogs, and other species such as waterbucks, impalas, giraffes, warthogs, elands, zebras, and elephants. Grant’s gazelles, ostriches, and cheetahs may be seen on the plains.

Day 5
Ruaha National Park to Udzungwa Mountain National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Udzungwa National Park. You will arrive there late afternoon. Udzungwa is the largest and with the most biodiversity and a chain of a dozen large forest-swathed mountains that rise majestically from the flat coastal scrub of eastern Tanzania
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Camp Bastian Mikumi.

Day 6
Dar Es Salaam

In the morning after breakfast at 6:30 am, you will transfer to Udzungwa Mountain to trek the mountain through Sanje Waterfalls. It takes 6 to 7 hours to climb to the top and come down. There are nice views from the top and at the same time you can swim. You will have lunch there, and drive back to Dar es Salaam, where you will arrive in the evening, be dropped at the Airport or City Hotel.
