Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater

Start your day with a pickup from your Arusha hotel and enjoy a scenic drive through Tanzania's highlands, passing the Great Rift Valley, on your way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. In the afternoon, you'll descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This unique ecosystem is home to a high density of wildlife, including the "Big Five." Your time here will be spent on a game drive, complete with a picnic lunch on the crater floor.
As evening approaches, you'll climb out of the crater and head to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart from Karatu and drive toward Olduvai Gorge, the Cradle of Mankind. Visit the museum to discover early human fossils, ancient tools, and discoveries by the Leakey family. Continue into Serengeti National Park, where the journey becomes an exciting game drive. Enjoy views of the vast plains and spot wildlife along the way to your camp. Keep an eye out for wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, elephants, lions, and other wildlife. Arrive at your tented camp in the evening and relax in the peaceful wilderness. Wildebeest mission game drive in serengeti, Overnight in Karatu

After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive across the Serengeti on a special wildebeest mission, following the areas where large herds are concentrated. Your experienced guide will search for wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and the predators that follow the herds, including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing the game drive through the afternoon. Later, begin the scenic drive toward Karatu, arriving in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
