Afternoon: Your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive you to Tarangire National Park (a 2-3 hour journey). Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge or camp.

Evening: After a brief rest and dinner, you will head out for a thrilling night game drive. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you'll travel in a safari vehicle equipped with special lights to spot animals. You may see elusive nocturnal creatures such as civet cats, porcupines, and genets. It's also an excellent time to spot predators like lions or leopards, which are often more successful at hunting at night. The experience is enhanced by the mysterious atmosphere of the moonlit plains and the sounds of the wilderness coming alive.

Afternoon: Embark on a traditional afternoon game drive. Tarangire is famous for its massive elephant herds and the iconic baobab trees that dominate the landscape. You can also expect to see lions, giraffes, zebras, and various antelopes.

Evening: Journey from Tarangire to Karatu for shelter and dinner at lodge.

Morning: Enjoy an early morning in Karatu. Then, have breakfast at your camp before beginning your journey to the Serengeti.

The drive to the Serengeti is an adventure in itself, passing through the highlands and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will enter the park and have a game drive en route to your accommodation in the central Serengeti (Seronera region). The Serengeti is renowned for its big cats, and this is your best chance to spot lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Depending on the time of year, you may also witness the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras.

Evening: Settle into your camp or lodge, a perfect base for exploring the famous "endless plains."

Day 4

Morning: The day starts before dawn with an early morning pickup from your lodge. You'll be driven to the launch site, where you can watch the impressive spectacle of the balloon being inflated. As the sun rises, you'll lift off and float silently over the Serengeti. From the air, you can see the scale of the national park and spot wildlife from above, including herds of wildebeest and zebras (especially during the Great Migration), giraffes, and elephants. The flight usually lasts about an hour and is followed by a celebratory champagne toast and a full English breakfast served in the bush.

Afternoon: Drive up to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. You will stop at a designated viewpoint to marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of the crater below.

Evening: Drive to your lodge or campsite, which is often located on the crater rim, for a stunning sunset and a relaxing evening.

Morning: Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive on the crater floor. This is an incredible experience, as the crater floor is a contained ecosystem with an extremely high density of wildlife.

All Day: The crater floor is home to a diverse population of animals, and you have a high chance of spotting the "Big Five" (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino). The picturesque landscape, with a central lake and vast grasslands, is truly unique.

Evening: Ascend from the crater floor and return to Karatu for accommodation and the final night on safari.
