Arusha – Ndutu (Southern Serengeti)

After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive towards the Ndutu plains in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of the highlands and Maasai villages before entering the open plains of Ndutu. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive, where you’ll witness the calving season in action—thousands of newborn wildebeest and zebras, along with predators such as lions and cheetahs taking advantage of the abundance of prey.

Ndutu

Spend the entire day exploring the Ndutu plains on guided game drives. This area is renowned for dramatic predator-prey interactions and is one of the best places to see cheetahs, hyenas, and lions. The seasonal lakes also attract flamingos and other birdlife, adding to the spectacle. With its rich diversity of wildlife and stunning landscapes, Ndutu provides one of the most rewarding safari experiences.

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most wildlife-rich areas in Africa. Descend into the crater for a guided game drive across grasslands, swamps, and forests where elephants, lions, buffaloes, and even the rare black rhino can be spotted. After a picnic lunch in the crater, ascend the rim and return to Arusha, where your safari concludes.
