Your safari begins in the morning with a scenic drive after pickup from your Arusha hotel to Tarangire National Park, a jewel of northern Tanzania renowned for its iconic baobab trees and large herds of elephants. The park is also home to lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and over 500 bird species. Enjoy a full-day guided game drive with a picnic lunch inside the park. In the evening, head to your lodge, where you’ll have dinner and an overnight stay under the stars.

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact volcanic caldera on Earth and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater floor offers some of the best wildlife viewing opportunities in Africa, with chances to spot the Big Five, hippos, flamingos, and an abundance of wildlife in a breathtaking setting. After a picnic lunch inside the crater, ascend the rim and drive back to Arusha, where your safari concludes. You will be dropped off at your hotel.
