Day 1

Mombasa to Tsavo West National Park

Mombasa to Tsavo West National Park

You will be picked up early from your beach resort or Moi International Airport and begin your drive to Tsavo West National Park, arriving in time for check-in and lunch.
This diverse park features rolling plains, scenic Taita Hills, and ancient lava flows, all set on a plateau dotted with acacia woodland and scrub. It’s home to a variety of wildlife, including the famous Tsavo lions and elephants.
After a brief rest, you’ll head out on your first game drive from 3:00 pm until sunset. If time permits, you’ll also visit the crystal-clear waters of Mzima Springs. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Start your day with an early morning game drive, then return to the lodge for breakfast. Afterward, depart for Amboseli National Park, passing through the dramatic Shetani Lava Flows. Arrive in time for lunch. Amboseli is renowned for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, which dominates the horizon over its open plains. After a short rest, enjoy an afternoon game drive from 3:00 pm until sunset.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Begin with a sunrise game drive, then return for breakfast. After checking out, proceed to Tsavo East National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Tsavo East is known for its “red” elephants, often seen bathing in the palm-fringed Galana River. The park also features the Yatta Plateau, the world's longest lava flow at over 300 kilometers. In the afternoon, set out on another thrilling game drive until sunset. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.
