Day 2

Arusha-Tarangire National Park

Arusha-Tarangire National Park

Breakfast at the lodge followed by check out. Drive to Tarangire National Park for your first game drive. You will enjoy Mid-morning game drive. Stop for lunch at Tarangire Sopa Lodge. In the afternoon, you will embark on another game drive to discover the parks flora and fauna. Later proceed to your lodge located outside the park overlooking Lake Burunge.
Check in and have dinner followed by rest. You may not want to miss the camp fire!

Day 3

Breakfast at leisire. Check out and depart for Mto Wa Mbu for a deep cultural immersion. You will do a walking tour.

The Mto wa Mbu nature walk is a relaxed, immersive journey through the village’s diverse landscapes, led by knowledgeable local guides. The walk winds through shady banana plantations, lush rice fields, and vibrant vegetable gardens, offering a close-up look at how the community lives and farms. Paths lead through forests and alongside small rivers, with opportunities to spot colorful birds, playful monkeys, and other local wildlife. The pace is easy and the environment constantly changing, from dense greenery to open views of the Rift Valley and Lake Manyara. Along the way, guides share stories about the land, farming techniques, and the traditional ways of life, making the walk both peaceful and deeply informative.

Later drive to your lodge in Karatu. Check in. Have dinner and overnight.

Towards the end of the afternoon, drive to your camp and relax. Dinner. Overnight.
