3-Day Exploring Kilimanjaro, Tarangire & Ngorongoro

Kilimanjaro Airport /Moshi (Marangu Gate -Mandara Hut )

Our guide will pick you up from Kilimanjaro Airport (morning arrival) or from your hotel in Moshi at 8:00 a.m. After a short briefing, you will be transferred to the eastern entrance of Kilimanjaro National Park, Marangu Gate (1,860 m / 6,046 ft).

Once the climbing permits are issued and registration with the park’s rescue service is complete, you will begin your trek toward Mandara Hut (2,700 m / 8,858 ft). The trail passes through lush rainforest, where tropical showers are common, so we recommend carrying a raincoat.

Upon reaching the camp, you will enjoy your packed lunch. Afterward, you may take an optional 30-minute hike to the Maundi Crater, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

You will then begin your descent back to Marangu Gate, where our driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at your hotel, your driver-guide will pick you up for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, carrying along a picnic lunch. Enjoy a full-day game drive where you may spot large herds of elephants, lions, leopards, zebras, oryx, antelopes, and many other wildlife species. You will also explore the Tarangire River, a vital water source that attracts countless animals throughout the year. In the late afternoon, you’ll head to Highview Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Wildlife viewing here is exceptional, with chances to spot the rare black rhino in the early morning before they retreat into the forested areas. The crater is world-renowned for its dense concentration of animals and birds, many of which can be seen at remarkably close range. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park. Later in the afternoon, you will drive back to Arusha and be dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
