We witnessed siva cats, black rhinos, forest elephants as well as the typical animals of Africa. The ride out of the crater was beautiful and exhilarating!

This was by far the best safari destination of the three we visited. Fascinating to see all those animals in the crate and such a beautiful scenic.

Not as many animals as I had hoped. I was extremely happy to be there as it is a "wonder of the World" and I would have liked to have stayed longer than we did. It is just amazing to actually see this place.

Ngorongoro conservation area is worth a visit as rhinos can be found here while Serengeti might be too big and too hard to find such an endangered kind of animal. In the crater, there were big herds of zebras, buffalos, wildebeests, elephants and hippos while several prides of lions could be seen as well. The lanscape itself is unique being surrounded by the rain forest in the highland with a great plain at the bottom of the crater. Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge is the best choice to enjoy the magnificent view of the crater.

This is a must see! We saw all sorts of animals, including rhinos! The temperature in the crater was cool, which I really appreciated after a few hot days in the Serengeti.

To be down in the crater is really cool. The animals are everywhere and so easy to see. The views of the crater wall are also incredible.

We spent 1 day in Ngorongoro crater. The park is an amazing place with pretty dense wildlife. The scenery is flat but beautiful! We were traveling with a guide who helped us see the rarest animals including Rhinos! I am not a big fan of tent-based accommodation but my wife enjoyed it. Bring some warm clothes because the nights can be really cold there!
