Shadrach was an excellent safari guide. He provided clear, detailed explanations about every animal we saw, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. His knowledge and professionalism stood out throughout the trip, and his sense of humor kept us engaged the entire time. I would definitely book with him again and recommend others do the same.

Shadrach is an amazing guide and incredibly knowledgeable. He knew every species, from antelope (kudu, impala, waterbuck, nyala) to birds (lilac-breasted roller, fish eagle, tawny eagle, various hornbills) to plants and what animals eat them! He made an extra effort to keep us safe and comfortable while getting us unique viewings of lions and all the baby animals. He was able to describe the animal behavior and answer my numerous questions. I was especially impressed when he could name what bird built what nest without evening seeing the bird. I would strongly recommend going on safari with Mavone Safaris!

Shadrach is a very knowledgeable guide and knows so much about the animals and Kruger park! He’s been doing this for over a decade and it shows! He helped answer questions about the animals, and even answered questions about the languages, and overall culture of South Africa! Was in great hands and totally recommend. :)
