I have known Geoffrey for many years, first as a colleague within the safari industry, and more recently as an independent guide. African Crested Rat Safaris exceeded my expectations in every way. From my first contact with this company and throughout our journey, Pauline was not only professional and dedicated to providing the best experience possible, but also was caring and concerned that we were comfortable and happy during every moment of our travels in Africa!!! During the trip planning process, anytime we had questions, Pauline responded within hours! During our travels, she checked on us frequently, and we were able to contact her anytime we needed anything at all. Pauline was able to organize everything we needed for the countries we wanted to visit which were Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, and Kenya! It was so nice to deal with one company that could handle everything, and in such a professional and personal, loving manner. Pauline ensured that she knew who our guides/drivers were so that we were able to get the most safe and genuine experience possible. She was ideal to plan our trip with as she is very familiar and enthusiastic about this entire region of Africa!
