Everything perfect, even above expectations

We couldn't ask for a better experience. A special thanks to Magdalene who has always been available (even in correcting a 7-day booking error), available to respond at any time. We contacted various safari agencies and Global Threads was the only one that allowed the choice of overnight meals among 2 or more options (among other things we had also documented on this aspect and I must say that for the budget options they had the best facilities available). Fair price, clarity in the contract between what is included and what is not included (which is not discounted), respected schedules, comfortable jeep. Food above expectations. We went on safaris 6 days Masai Mara and Amboseli . Special thanks to John, our driver. If we repeat the experience we will not hesitate to contact Global Threads.

It’s the best trip we’ve ever taken! Every safari is different from the last, the animals are incredible, and so are the landscapes. We’re so grateful to Madelyne and her entire team, the attention they gave us and the way they treated us were unbeatable.
We chose the 9-day itinerary and loved it; it takes you through Kenya’s main parks and even includes a trip to the beach.
The only downside is that we would’ve liked to spend the last day relaxing instead of having to leave, but that’s just how vacations go, haha. If we return to Kenya, we’ll definitely choose the same agency again, I have no doubt about it.

Overall, the trip was very well organized, flexible, and stress-free.

We had a great experience with Global Trade Safari, especially thanks to Madelyn!
From the beginning to the end of our trip, she was extremely responsive, patient, and attentive. She answered every question we had very carefully, and whenever something came up during the trip, she was always quick to help.

At one point, we suddenly decided that we wanted to upgrade our room, and Madelyn managed to arrange everything for us within about an hour, which we really appreciated.

Communication throughout the whole trip was very smooth, and the drivers arranged for us were also professional, reliable, and experienced. After talking with other travelers during our safari and comparing different experiences, we felt even more confident that we had made a good choice with Global Trade Safari.

The Safari tour is amazing and unforgettable for me. The agents did a good job for booking hotels and picking up from terminals and terminus. The guide for us is very professional and can seek almost every animals in the park.

I had an amazing 11 days safari across Kenya and Tanzania. My plan of the safari started off by searching and contacting a few of the tour agents that have good reviews from Safari Booking website for their itinerary package proposals. My criteria for deciding on the tour agent was budget of proposal, promptness in response and flexibility in modifying itinerary to suit my travel plan. Global Threads Safaris attracted me because of their willingness to assist in making my trip come true. Madelyne of Global Threads had been the main figure in ironing out all questions before and during the safari to ensure a seamless and smooth journey throughout the 11 days starting from Nairobi in Kenya to land border crossing into Tanzania ending in Arusha. I thank her for the commendable effort she has provided me!
During the safari, I saw many wild animals including the Big Five and Ugly Five too. The daily game drives, transfer from park to park and the optional activities like Maasai village and hot air balloon experiences were well coordinated. For these, the credits go to the competent and experienced driver cum guide, Mike for Kenya part of safari and Kwabe for Tanzania part. They were the mainstay for me enjoying the game drives due to the ease in mutual communication and their knowledge of the animals and symbiotic relationship amongst some of these animals. Their extra effort provided in sighting as many animals as possible and in experiencing closer encounters with the animals had exceeded my expectation. I too wish to thank them for the job well done.
Lastly I would definitely recommend Global Threads to anyone who is interested in a memorable safari experience in Kenya, Tanzania or both.
