The guide was easy to communicate with and quite friendly.
The vehicle was clean and had charging ports and Wi-Fi. The Safari signal was good throughout the trip.
The price-performance ratio was good.
The trip itself was quite satisfactory. I would consider increasing the budget for a family trip next time.

I planned a last minute 1/2 day safari. Jose was fast and responsive with quotes, adjusting plans, and answering questions. The guide Barnabas, was on time, knew the park, and made an extra effort to find as many animals as possible. And he could identify everything we saw!The vehicle was a bit dated, but clean and easy to see things from.
The visit to the Giraffe Center was cute and it was fun to feed the giraffes!
