I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Josero Tours and Safari in Kenya. All the planning was done remotely but phone calls and emails in response to our questions were very prompt and accommodating. We were met at the airport right on time by Mr. Henry and Mr. Charles even though our plane travel was delayed by a day.

All details of our trip were well in hand. Our transport took us straight to the Mara Triangle hotel, the Serena Mara Lodge, a 6.5 hour adventure through the countryside. Our hotel was 50 km inside the park gates on a hill overlooking a wide view of the savanna. Everything we could have needed was anticipated.

Our driver and safari guide for three days was Mr. Charles. He was knowledgeable and was able to locate and identify many animals in the 510 square kilometer park. We found zebra, wildebeest, warthog, gazelles, impalas and all kinds of variety of antelope. We found lionesses on the hunt as well as jackal, hyena and all manner of large and small birds. We even saw a male lion and lion cubs hidden under brush.

I definitely recommend a safari experience with Josero Tour and Safari!!

This safari was truly the trip of a lifetime! We explored the Masai Mara, Amboseli, and Lake Nakuru before ending with two perfect days relaxing at Diani Beach—such an incredible mix of adventure and unwind time.

We were lucky enough to see all of the Big 5, and every game drive felt like something out of a documentary. The food was consistently great, and the hotels were comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully chosen.

A huge highlight of the trip was our driver, Lawi—he was absolutely excellent. Knowledgeable, kind, and always making sure we had the best views and experiences. He truly made the safari unforgettable.

Booking with the Josero team was easy and seamless from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and their staff made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

What stood out most, though, was the kindness of the people. Every place we went, we were welcomed so warmly—it made the entire journey even more special.

Highly recommend this experience to anyone considering a safari. We will never forget it! 🌍

The safari experience was wonderful. Our guide Charles was personable, knowledgeable, a safe driver and was respectful of the animals and the environment. We spent three nights in the Maasai Mara and one night at Lake Nakuru and passing back to Nairobi through Lake Naivasha. The wildlife was amazing. I couldn't believe the number and variety of animals we saw, which was thanks to Charles who was patient and persistent in the search. For bird lovers the boat ride on Lake Naivasha is a must.

The hotels we stayed at were very good. We stayed at Sarova Lodge in the Maasia Mara and Sopa Lodge in Nakuru. Both were excellent, great food which accommodated the game drives schedules. The rooms were very comfortable.

Henry arranged our trip, he was clear and responsive in communication. He was very flexible in adjusting to our priorities. He also gave extremely good advice in trip planning.
