We booked our whole Tanzania experience directly with Swahili Safari Escape, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made for the trip.

From the very beginning, everything was smooth and well organised. They arranged our pickup from Kilimanjaro Airport without any issues, and from that point on we felt completely taken care of. Communication was excellent throughout — they were always in contact, quick to respond, and happy to help with any questions or small changes we had along the way. It made a huge difference knowing someone reliable was just a message away.

All of our local tours were arranged through them, and each one ran seamlessly. There was no stress about timings, transport, or logistics — everything just worked.

A special mention has to go to our driver, Alex, who was perfect the entire time. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and genuinely made the experience more enjoyable. Whether it was long drives or day trips, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What really stood out was how personal the service felt. Even though we booked everything remotely, it didn’t feel like a generic package at all — it felt tailored and thoughtful.

Trustworthy. Capable of handling unexpected situations promptly.

Nice company! Due to the company's mistake in their work, they overcharged me $50. However, the company was able to actively identify the problem and as per my request, this portion of the money was directly given as a tip to the guide. The guide was very nice， with good eyesight， and was able to spot animals that we couldn't. He could also use mobile phones， walkie-talkies， and radios to find out where other animals were. We successfully gathered the Big Five. The flight was delayed， causing the driver who picked me up to wait for me for about an hour. But his attitude remained very good. The first day was rainy， and the company directly upgraded our accommodation from tents to hotels for free.

After safari, then Arusha day tour.

That day our guide Alex pick us up at Arusha, on the way to the materuni village we will see Kilimanjaro mountain, Alex stop the car for us to have the nice photo with this beautiful mountain.

Arrive the village we will have 1.5hours walk to the waterfall (it was so great!)and back to have the coffee which is made by our own hand(this is nice), we learn more about the coffee beans by the people at the village), we also bought some coffee beans and handicrafts for the souvenir which is made by them.

After that, we have the local lunch in there and go to the Chemka hot springs(1hour), this is so great!) the place is very beautiful and the water is so clear blue colour, have some little fish, we go swim and play the rope, if you know freedive you can try to touch the ground.

After that, finish the day tour and back to Arusha, also, they sent us to JRO airport at the next day.

We have the good experience here, thankyou Swahili Safari Escape team.
