I’ve spent 3 days on safari with Axis and my journey was well organized, kind and spectacular combined with a fair price in total.
Especially Robert, our guide, did his best to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, tried to get the animals we wanna to see, and had many background information about the animals.
Was a great experience. Definitely recommend it!

Absolutely! You could say something like: “I want to highly commend Access Safaris for their exceptional service. From the start, they were professional and well-organized, guiding us on our first lifelong safari. Our route from Nairobi to Masai Mara, then to Lake Naivasha (staying in Nakuru), and finally Amboseli was seamless. Axis Africa provided very well detailed information about the trip. Always responsive on WhatsApp to answer any questions. Our driver and guide was Amos. He is an amazing driver and knows every corner of Masai Mara. We saw amazing wildlife

Jack was our guide and he was amazing. We visited both Massai Mara and Lake Nakuru and everything was better than expected. The communication from Axis prior to the tour was great, including the itinerary of the trip. Payment expectations were clear, with both cash and card/transfer options available.

We were picked up in Nairobi, chauffeured to their head office before we got in the jeep with Jack. Jeeps are comfy and spacious. Suitcases might struggle for space but if you have a large travelling backpack - no issues at all.

We opted for the mid-range package however when we arrived, it was definitely undersold!

Jack was the main man of the tour. Knowledgeable, professional but also passionate. We did a lot of driving but he still kept us educated (not just animals) and we even saw the Big 5!. He ensures you get the best view possible whilst he at the same time gives a respectable distance to ensure the animals are not distressed.

Overall, I would definitely recommend both the company and Jack if you are lucky enough to get him.
