Amazing Experience !!

I had an amazing trip with my fiance to Africa this February. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly — the guides were fantastic, super professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made the whole experience unforgettable.
A special shoutout to Ronnie from the agency, who was incredible throughout the entire process. He prepared a fully personalized itinerary, exactly the way we asked for, and was always accessible, helpful, and quick to respond. We really felt supported from start to finish.
I absolutely recommend it — it was a perfect trip!

From beginning to end, this entire experience was beyond great. Dealing with Bridgette on the planning side or our drivers in country - Nthato in Johannesburg and Faldie in Capetown, everything was excellent. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and personable. They really catered to our needs. We had daily updates from the team with our itinerary and it was easy to work with them on last minute changes. We had no worries the entire time we were there. Absolutely fantastic trip and so glad we did it. Ask for Faldie if you're going to Capetown. I could not recommend anyone else. He was an absolute delight, engaging and overall great person.

The initial contact Ronnie was helpful all the way through when finalising the tour. He provided lots of options to choose from and was very helpful in arranging a magnificent holiday.
The pick up from both airports by TD and Mosa were on time and waiting for us in arrivals.
The transport vehicles were spotlessly clean.
Our Guides were also so friendly and informative with a special mention to Brandon in Sabi Sands and Faldie in Cape Town.

Africa Incoming was a perfect choice which I can say now after having a great trip to South Africa. The main best thing about Africa Incoming is that they listen their clients need and always goes an extra-mile to fulfill the same no matter what. The way they tailored our trip to South Africa making sure its not just a trip but much more than to cherish throughout lifetime, great experience indeed.

But this review is incomplete without mentioning the name of a great human being - Faldie Van Wyk, I dont know in what way I should explain, a brother, guide, friend. He was our chauffeur in the 2nd part of our trip for 4 days, but on my request to Africa Incoming they managed us somehow so that we are in Faldie's good hand. He is too good a person, I have never seen such a person who is so well mannered, proper knowledgeable about each and everything he is taking us to and the most important things, honest and Never say NO attitude, which completes Faldie.

The trip was beautiful, something I will cherish throughout my life but more than that I will always echo about the warmth, love and care we received from each and every person of Africa Incoming, specially Faldie Van Wyk
