Top quality tour operator!

I enjoyed everything about my three Murchison Falls safari with Galactic Safaris. Communication with Tim prior to the tour was timely and polite. He really helped me to plan my trip to Uganda and answered all my questions in great detail. This helped to put my mind at ease. My guide for the tour was a wonderful gentleman named Bosco. He made the whole experience unforgettable! During the game drives we had an opportunity to see lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and many other animals. He was highly informed and gave me many interesting facts about the animals and park. I had specifically requested a room at Fort Murchison resort and Tim was able to fulfil my request. Everything was well planned and the meals were delicious. It was a private safari and Bosco was great company through the three days. I left Uganda with many happy memories. Galactic Safaris is truly a gem of a tour operator with good, honest and helpful staff. I would recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Uganda. No hidden costs and clear communication!

We did the 1 day gorilla trek in Bwindi NP from Kigali. It was a 4 hour drive each way with made the day long but it’s well worth it to be able to trek for the mountain gorillas. Being able to do it in 1 day from Kigali was convenient for us as we didn’t have to spend a few days making out own way to where the trek begins in Uganda. Got some fantastic photos of the mountain gorillas. And our driver/ guide for the day, Alex was very helpful and fun.

Its not easy picking the right tour operator. Galactic was completely transparent, answered every question, provided an incredible tour . I felt safe and secure. Gorilla trekking is once in a lifetime experience and Galactic delivered an incredible experience.

We booked our honeymoon with Galactic Safaris. 12 Days Uganda Safari. Everything was perfect. Whether our guide Bosco or Tim the tour planner, or the rest of the team, everyone did an excellent job.

The communication and planning was great, the accommodations were perfect and the car spacious. The prices are extremely fair. Other safari providers we asked all charged more and didn't want to offer half of what you get here.

Since we are both vegetarians, we wanted vegetarian food and even had several menus to choose from. The food was a dream as was the whole trip. All game drives were in nature with wild animals. Of the big 5 we saw 4, the lions even 3 times on 3 game drives in national parks with lions thanks to the experience of the guide and the experts who accompanied us. Nature does not guarantee that you will be able to see all the animals, as they are wild animals. But with Galactic Safaris, the probability is very high.

We had an unforgettable gorilla trek experience! Big shoutout to our incredible guide and driver Bosco. He was friendly, and made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Huge thanks also to Tim, our trip organizer, for putting everything together so perfectly. The accommodation was outstanding, with breathtaking views of the mountains which is the perfect place to relax after the trek.
