Professional, Reliable and Perfect for Solo Travelers

As a Brazilian woman traveling solo and currently living in Kinshasa, DRC, I had been searching for the right safari experience since April. My priorities were clear: it had to fit my budget, work with my limited vacation schedule, and include internal flights, as I did not want to spend long hours driving between Nairobi and the Maasai Mara.

Of all the companies I contacted, Norelle's Untamed Escapades stood out from the very beginning. Even before I had fixed travel dates, Sylvia took the time to understand my situation, provide detailed quotations, and advise me on the best travel period according to my professional commitments.

Due to unexpected work-related changes, I had to postpone my vacation by two weeks. There was also uncertainty caused by the Ebola outbreak in eastern DRC, which made planning even more complicated. Throughout the entire process, Sylvia remained patient, professional, flexible, and incredibly supportive. She adjusted the itinerary whenever necessary and ensured that everything was organized perfectly.

The result was an unforgettable 4-day, 3-night safari experience.

My airport and hotel transfers were handled by John, an excellent driver with a great sense of humor who immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. In the Maasai Mara, my guide was Tom, and if I ever return, I would not want any other guide. His knowledge of the reserve was exceptional. He seemed to know every corner of the park and exactly where to find the wildlife, especially the lions. His professionalism and experience allowed me to enjoy every moment of the safari while feeling completely safe.

For a woman traveling alone, feeling secure and supported by the team around you is essential. Norelle's Untamed Escapades exceeded my expectations in every aspect: communication, flexibility, reliability, value for money, and overall service.

My sincere thanks to Sylvia, John, Tom, and the entire team for making a lifelong dream come true in the heart of the Kenyan savannah.

Environment, wildlife, and scenery amazing

Kenya is a beautiful country. The people are wonderful, we felt very safe here and every day was an experience. All of Kenya's famous national parks were amazing, the atmosphere was relaxed, the wildlife and scenery were simply amazing and there were so many great places to stay and the staff were so helpful. Norelle's Untamed Escapades was fantastic.

The safari was very really memorable

The great thing is that I had researched Norelle's Untamed Escapades beforehand and they were very attentive and hard working, which really attracted me. I was right in my decision to go on a trip with them. Whenever I had any questions, they answered them quickly and accurately. It really helped to have everything organized in advance. The safaris were really memorable, I saw a lot of animals, and they were very close to the jeep. My driver did a great job, thanks Joseph! He can recognize animals from a long distance and knows everything about them. And the pace of the safari was perfect.

It's a big memory in a short time

To be honest, we didn’t think our one-day safari could be so memorable. We went on a one-day game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve, and that day was a great experience.

As we entered the grasslands in the cool morning breeze with the safari vehicle, I was really impressed by the vast wilderness and the presence of wildlife around us. Sometimes it was a different feeling to see lions, elephants or giraffes in their natural environment from a distance. The guide showed us each place with great patience and shared a lot of information about the wildlife. It may have been just one day, but the experience felt like part of a much bigger journey. It was a big memory in a short time.

Kenya is truly an unforgettable country known as a top destination for tourism, with thrilling wildlife viewing, breathtaking landscapes and places to create incredible memories. Among them, we visited three of the most iconic destinations, Masai Mara, Amboseli and Lake Nakuru. We got to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and the rare pink flamingos up close. Every moment was an adventure. This trip brought us closer to nature and made us think anew about the beauty of wildlife. This experience with Norelle's Untamed Escapades will truly be one of the best memories of our lives.
