I’d love to give a glowing review for this travel agency! It offers affordable prices without cutting corners on service quality. Our guide Joseph deserves special praise for his professionalism, enthusiasm and carefulness. He perfectly arranged our daily itinerary, shared vivid local cultural stories, and dealt with unexpected issues efficiently. We had such a wonderful and memorable travel experience from start to finish, and I will definitely choose them again for my next vacation.

We recently took a bush tour with Greytone, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organized and thoughtfully planned.

Our guide Anthony was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about wildlife and the local environment. We were able to see a wide range of animals up close, and the guide made sure we understood what we were seeing, not just rushing from one spot to another.

The vehicle was comfortable, the timing was perfect, and we never felt rushed. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care for guests—it felt personal, not just like a routine tour.
Paul, the manager of tours was always reachable for anything and asked for anything we need.


If you’re looking for a reliable, well-run, and truly memorable bush experience, I highly recommend Greytone. It exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly do it again.

Everything was perfect, we booked super last minute and they helped us arrange everything according to our plans. The safari was fantastic and we loved getting to know our guide Joseph along the way. Definitely recommend!
