Brilliant family safari experience in Nairobi National Park

We had a really good experience with Real Shangololo as a family of 4. Communication before the trip was easy and they always replied quickly, which made everything feel straightforward and well organised.

They collected us from our hotel in Nairobi and dropped us off there afterwards, which made it a perfect stopover and very easy to fit into our trip.

The safari in Nairobi National Park was the highlight. We saw rhino, giraffes, hyena, hippos, crocodiles and more, often really close, with amazing views. That was honestly unforgettable.

The guide was great, knowledgeable and easy to spend time with. It never felt too formal or scripted, which we liked.

Overall it felt like good value for money and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The tour guide was reliable, he was waiting for us at the airport as promised, showed us all the animals we wished to see. He knew where to find most of them, he was very knowledgable and experienced. The cooperation was amazing. The jeap was a great idea and and he really knew how to use it to it’s full ability. It was exciting and memorable. I would really recommend.

The whole tour from the beginning till the end was amazing. We encountered some unrelated problems at the airport upon arrival, and the tour guide helped us communicate it and resolve it, even though he didn't have to. The tour itself was great, we saw all the animals we were promised, the guide took us as close as possible to take the best pictures and videos. We heard a lot of interesting facts about each animal and the park itself. On the way back to the airport, he managed to cut trough 3 traffic jams and got us to the airport in minimal time. The value for money was fulfilled for sure.
