Our guide Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure our trip to Rwanda was top notch. He was on time for every pickup. His vehicle was clean and reliable. He took the time and extra steps to ensure we had an amazing experience!! I truly appreciate all the little extras he added to the experience!! Thank you for an amazing tour of Rwanda!

Knowledgeable, Professional and Friendly

Eric picked us up from our hotel. From the moment we met him he was very friendly and his truck was nice and very clean. On our drive he spoke with pride about his country and the history which was wonderful to hear about. He recommended nice places to stop along the road for nice photo ops. He accompanied us on our gorilla trek and told us what to expect and helped us navigate our morning. We had a packed lunch prepared for us for the trek. It was nice because he knew so many of the guides and porters which made us feel safe. He also took us to the Genocide Museum which was very humbling and it was nice to have someone who was so knowledgable about that time in history. He also took us to Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla, which was fun to see as well. We spent about 3 days with Eric and he was always onetime, friendly and very professional. On our drive back to our hotel he stopped at a cute coffee shop for us to refuel and also took us places to buy souvenirs to take home. I always tell people when we speak of Africa, you go for the animals but fall in love with the people. Thank you Eric for making our trip memorable and magical.
