My experience with Serengeti Captain Tours and Safaris was outstanding from start to finish. Everything began with an excellent contact person who took care of all arrangements, was always reachable, and responded quickly and helpfully to any questions I had. She also assisted me in finding suitable hotels and accommodations across Tanzania like Arusha or even Zanzibar, all of which met my expectations and standards perfectly.

Without even requesting it, I was picked up directly from the airport in Arusha, and transportation was smoothly organized. I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of from the very beginning.

I booked the company for my Kilimanjaro hike, and I was extremely satisfied. I had a wonderful experience with a great team, hardworking porters, excellent food, and an outstanding guide. The entire week on Kilimanjaro was unforgettable, and we had the chance to celebrate the successful summit together.

The service was always fast, reliable, and professional, and the price was very fair. If I return, I will definitely choose this company again, and I can highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip, a safari, a Kilimanjaro expedition or anything else in Tanzania or even east Africa!

We went on a tour with Balthazary in Tanzania and honestly, it turned out to be the trip of a lifetime.

From the very beginning, everything felt easy and well taken care of. Balthazary is not just a guide, he’s someone who truly cares about the experience you’re having. You can feel his passion for the country, the wildlife, and the culture in the way he explains things and in how he plans each day.

We travelled as a couple, and the whole trip felt very personal rather than “touristy”. He always made sure we were comfortable, adapted the pace to us, and somehow managed to get us in the right place at the right time for some incredible moments.

What stood out the most was how genuine and kind he is. By the end of the trip, it didn’t feel like we had just hired a guide, but like we had shared the experience with a friend.

If you’re thinking about visiting Tanzania, I couldn’t recommend him more. It made all the difference.

It was wonderful, the person I will interacted with was very caring and hopeful. They made the Safari everything we were looking for. We saw so many cats that we quit counting at 70.

We had the most amazing adventure we stayed in a beautiful treehouse in the African bush, picked up by our amazing tour guide. He showed us the truest and most authentic time very comfortable van, clean and great commentary to help us understand the culture and the activities that we are doing felt safe were absolutely fun and an experience of a lifetime. Definitely recommend if you want the best and safest experience book now you will never regret it.
