Truly personal, private and stress-free experience

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Cheneso Safaris. They organized our sunset cruise with dinner, helicopter flight, and a private Chobe National Park day trip – and everything was absolutely seamless.

What made the biggest difference for us was how personal everything felt. Chenai, the founder, was personally there to make sure our sunset cruise pickup went smoothly and even accompanied us to the Botswana border. We felt taken care of the entire time.

Our private Chobe tour (boat + game drive) was incredible – having everything organized, including park fees and lunch, made it completely stress-free. The fact that it was private made it even more special and absolutely worth the price.

This is not a standard, generic tour operator. Cheneso Safaris offers a truly tailored, individual experience with real personal attention – which is rare. We would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants something more special than the usual big group tours.

We had an excellent experience with Cheneso Safaris in Victoria Falls. They organized our sunset dinner cruise, helicopter flight, and a private day trip to Chobe National Park. Everything ran perfectly from start to finish.

What really stood out was the personal service. The founder, Chenai, was on-site herself to ensure our pickup for the sunset cruise went smoothly and even assisted us during the transfer to the Botswana border. All park fees were included, so we didn’t have to worry about any logistics.

Our private Chobe day trip (including both a boat cruise and game drive) was a highlight. The value for money was outstanding, especially considering it was a fully private experience with lunch included.

Overall, this was not a generic, mass-tourism program but a highly personalized and individually tailored experience. We would highly recommend Cheneso Safaris to anyone looking for a more private, flexible, and well-managed itinerary in Victoria Falls.

We travelled to Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana. To be honest, we initally chose Chenese by chance as our previous provider cancelled the service at the very last minute. We couldn't have been more lucky to find Cheneso Safaris. Cheneso is an amazing person. Very knowlegeable, very kind, very helpful. The same extend to her team. We've done several tours and, in the end of the trip, they drove us to Botswana, helped us to cross the border and also arranged transfer for us from the border to our destination in Botswana. I really look forward to use their services again.
The comany was very flexible and put all the efforts to adapat to our group needs. Very reliable, great company, nice car. I highly recommend them.

I'm so grateful to Cheneso Safaris for making our trip to Victoria Falls truly seamless and unforgettable. From the moment we landed, everything was perfectly arranged. Cheneso Safaris were extremely helpful in booking activities, the Hotel reservation and restaurants for our stay in Vic Falls. It was so much easier than trying to do it ourselves.
Since we visited in December at the start of the rainy season, the water flow over the falls was picking up beautifully. A word of advice: definitely bring a raincoat you will need it. The spray is like standing in constant rain.
We also appreciated the flexibility of the first day, after lunch at Look out Cafe, Cheneso Safaris gave us the choice to explore more or head back to the hotel to rest before the cruise. We opted for a rest, and Cheneso Safaris seamlessly handled all the transfers.
The sunset cruise was another absolute highlight. We saw many hippos and crocodiles along the banks while enjoying drinks and snacks on board. They later accompanied us to the BOMA Dinner show, which was a fantastic experience before driving us back to our hotel. Thank you to both of our hosts for making the whole trip unforgettable.
