Absolutely Fantabulous 2nd time around

I really had no idea of what my girlfriend and I would do when we get to Victoria Falls then I remembered last time I was in Vic Falls Cheneso did a good job on me. So I contacted them again and they never disappoint. They owe me nothing if anything I owe them they went above and beyond to make sure the two of us had a blast . See you next year team Cheneso

The communication was top notch 👌, you could hear the passion behind the voice.Also very patient with us .Received quality service throughout the whole experience from being escorted from the bus terminus in the middle of the night upto departure from Vic falls.The experience was worthy every penny and even more.Very reliable and professional team .The tour itself was excellent, you could hear the passion in the voice when guiding us.Would definitely recommend Cheneso safaris to anyone who wants to visit Vic falls

As a solo traveler, I am used to difficulties booking excursions; many companies will not even accept reservations without a minimum of two participants. I was amazed that Cheneso Safaris not only took my reservation, but honored it by providing an all day safari experience in Hwange National Park, even when no other customers signed up. Communication with Cheneso Safaris was by far the best of any tour operator experience I had in Southern Africa. Chenai was always available by email and updated our plans as the day of the safari approached. Pick up was right on time in Victoria Falls. We had a long journey into Zimbabwe but Cheneso did an excellent job with transportation, even being willing to make a stop at an ATM so I could withdraw more cash. The game drive in Hwange was spectacular and knowing my intense interest in giraffes, the guide worked hard to find a herd in the park for me to observe. Throughout the day, Cheneso Safaris kept my wellbeing at heart- they are so professional but also compassionate. I highly encourage you to contact this company if you want to investigate a personalized, high class African experience. You will not be disappointed with Cheneso's dedication, professionalism, and kindness.
