We had an amazing trip wonderfully organized and coordinated by our planner and wasafiri destinations. The hotel had an amazing and delicious menu, staff were professional and so kind and safaris were great. Overall and excellent experience. I travelled with the family 4 of us.

First time using a tour operator and our experience was top notch. Truffy did an amazing job helping us settle on the hotel at Diani which was upto standards; from the room selection, cleanliness, amenities and food variety (especially the kids section) Loved the payment process and the stay was worth the money. We are getting ready for the next adventure with Wasafari Destinations.

We booked our Maasai Mara trip through Wasafiri Destinations, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Truffle was highly professional, responsive, and provided helpful recommendations, presenting us with two lodge options that included both road and air package luxury choices within our budget.
Once we selected the lodge, secure payment details were shared promptly, the booking was confirmed, and we received our travel documents within a couple of days. The documents included a detailed itinerary and a clear breakdown of park fees, which we really appreciated.
As it was our wedding anniversary, Wasafiri Destinations went the extra mile by coordinating with the lodge. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival with a beautifully decorated room, chocolates, a bottle of wine, and a personalized welcome letter from the hotel’s General Manager.
We had a memorable experience and would definitely recommend Wasafiri Destinations for anyone planning travel within Kenya. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
