Tanzania & zanzibar
Our guide and driver samuel was really the best we could have asked for! Our journey was smooth from the airport pickup until the end. He was very sweet and kind and took care of us really well!! He made sure we spotted the big 5 animals in Serengeti!! The best 8 days in Tanzania! We recommend Shayona 💯 to anyone who wants to visit here! They organised our trip really well with the best hotels in Tanzania and Zanzibar.

Exceptional service!!!
Our trip took us from Dar to mwanza, then safari in Serengeti and ngorongoro crater finishing our holiday in Zanzibar
All we had to do was land in dar es salaam. Shayona took care of everything else for us, all the transfers, hotel bookings, internal flights, safari trip and optional excursions.
Our safari driver Revo was amazing and very knowledgeable!
He knew the every place we needed to go to catch the animals. We were lucky enough to see a lion kill and touched off the "big five".
Shayona gave us an amazing, hassle free experience of Tanzania and can't thank them enough for an experience of a lifetime!

We've just come back from a 5-day Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari with Shayona Safaris, followed by two days exploring Arusha and Moshi, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the first contact with Ritesh, communication was constant and easy, right through booking, the trip itself and afterwards.

The itinerary was really well thought through, right down to the snacks. We added the hot air balloon ride as an extra, and it was one of the most special parts of the trip.

Our driver-guide, Onesmo, made the experience. He got us to quite literally every animal we hoped to see: the migration, the Big 5, the "ugly 5" and the endless Serengeti plains. He's a highly skilled guide and a great educator, and he was thoughtful, polite and made us laugh all week.

He also went well beyond the safari itself. He spent time with us in both towns helping us find places that aren't on Google Maps. He was endlessly patient, and it meant a huge amount to see those places.

The team were flexible and supportive throughout. They accommodated us when we added onto another booking, and they were quick to help when our flight was cancelled.

We honestly struggled to find anything negative to say. Would recommend without hesitation.

From first contact there was continuous communication . Ritesh understood our brief - to see the great migration and big cats + more and he designed the itenary as such so we maximised our chances ! We saw everything we ever dreamt of. The choice of accommodation of camps and lodges ticked all the boxes and the guide Onesmo was pure gem ! Experienced, caring , full of knowledge and personality !
