We spent months researching for the best tour company and chose Gosheni for our honeymoon. 8 day safari to north Tanzania from Arusha and 6 days in Zanzibar. They took care of every detail. It was so smooth. Marline did a great job booking it all including all the great hotels and safari camps.

The safari was amazing. Samir has over 13 years as a guide. Very experienced, a great driver and knowledgable in the animas and culture. He always got us in close to the animals and positioned us for the best camera shots. It was clear he was a better guide than other large companies. We were just 2 in the jeep while other companies had 6-7 people. A good guide and truck is critical as you will spend 12-13 hours a day in it over very rough terrain. Some of the big tour companies are like a chain - inexperienced drivers. Stuck to the best - Gosheni.

We saw every animal! Leopard, rhino, hippo, cheetah, lion, elephant, zebras I think we saw several hundred thousand !!!

The hot air balloon was amazing. Do not pass it up. It’s a once in a lifetime experience

Words fall short to describe our experience with Bariki, our guide and Gosheni Safaris. If you want to have a truly memorable and amazing experience, you should book with Gosheni and get Bariki as your guide. He is hands-down the best; incredibly experienced, well-informed, and the most accommodating we have had in anyplace, anywhere. What sets Bariki apart from all other guides is not only his in-depth knowledge about animals, birds but also his amazing instincts about places to go and truck positioning for the best views and sights. He is an incredible driver and set us up in perfect spots for great photos and experiences. Thanks to his exceptional skills, we even spotted several rare animals and birds. From a booking perspective, Gosheni (our booking manager was Maliwaza) had great communication and made us feel welcomed and special, especially because some of our party had allergies. They were very easy to work with! If you want a personalized, once-in-a-lifetime experience - Go with Gosheni Safaris with Maliwaza coordinating and Bariki as your guide! No need to look at any other company … Simply put - They are the best!!

Amazing safari!

We spent a week on a safari in Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Tarangire parks and are in awe of the nature, but especially of our guide who shared so much details, found the best spots to see animals, was fun to be with and an amazing driver on the challenging roads inside the parks as well as outside. Thank you so much, Calvin!
The company has been great from the beginning till the end, high quality service all along - excellent communication throughout, very reliable and really good value for money! Big thanks to Norah who helped with the initial booking and Maliwaza who took over for any questions we had etc.

A week to be remembered

We've been lucky to have Calvin as our tour guide. He drived like a professionnal, spent histoire time finding the best spots and it was magical. We saw cheetah, lions, leopard, buffalos from 2 meters away. Drove in the middle of an elefant family, girafes and many more. Crocodiles, hypos and even 2 of the few rhinos were spotted.
I recommand the comparé and Calvin for the ride of a life.
