Highly professional and personable experience.
We were a group of 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids) and the team at Kenya Tulia Safari Arcade managed to handle our Safari booking request in a very professional manner. We booked to stay at Kilima tented camp to do a 3-day safari in Amboseli national park. The transport from our accommodation in Nairobi to the camp was punctual and smooth and we got to enjoy travel in two landcruisers for our big group.
The three days of Safari were a special and wonderful experience thanks to the very welcoming and generous staff at Kilima camp and especially to our two drivers and guides Peter and John. Peter and John drove and guided us through the park, spotting the most hidden animals with their bare eye and generously sharing their extensive knowledge about the local flora, fauna and history with our group, all in a very calm and professional manner. They accommodated our group by being very flexible with game drive timings and making sure every tour member, big or small, had an optimal experience and left with unforgettable memories.

A dream safari in Amboseli
Our guides/drivers were great. A different program every day of our 3-day stay.
We plan to do the Massai Mara Park in January 2026 and will contact the same company again.

These folks make magic, Disney has nothing on them!
I’m not one to complete reviews, ever. Good or bad, I make mental notes and talk to my friends. This trip, however, was the single most amazing travel experience I’ve ever had and I feel compelled to share. The folks at Safari Arcade www.kenyasafariarcade.com out of Nairobi made sure that every moment of our trip was magical, they built an itinerary that was exhilarating and thrilling, and got better EVERY DAY!
The first leg of our journey was a Samburu Elephant Bedroom Camp https://www.atua-enkop.com/elephant-bedroom where we shared our front porch with elephants strolling by for a drink and a troop of baboons living their best lives.
Next we were on to the Solio Lodge https://www.thesafaricollection.com/properties/solio-lodge/ where the accommodations were well over five stars. Our drives there got us face to face with White and Black Rhinos along with Leopards and Lions!
Finally, we ended at Giraffe Manor https://www.thesafaricollection.com/properties/giraffe-manor/accommodation-manor-house/ , my wife’s favorite animal, this was the cherry on top of a very rich and rewarding sundae. We fed and interacted with these graceful giants up to 18 feet tall.
No word exists to express how good the service was at ALL of these locations. They provided things we didn’t even know we needed. This trip was well worth everything that went into making it happen. Special shout out to Albert our driver from Safari Arcade, we spent many hours with him and he was beyond kind, funny and extremely accommodating.

Kenya Tulia Safari - look no further for your safari hopes and plans
I sought more than a handful of quotes for my safari while in Kenya (Masai Mara, and Lake Nakura), but I was ultimately sold by Kenya Tulia Safari's responsiveness, clear attentiveness to even the minor details in my quote request, and proactive guidance (without my asking). Still, once you pay, you never know if such stellar customer service will remain. They did - and then some. They worked with me every step of the way, and even offered to assist me with a few other items not tied to my safari - and did assist on one of these when I requested. It's so awesome (and settling) to have a constant and responsive contact in a country you're preparing to travel to when communications there can sometimes be not as constant. Faith - who was my "faithful" constant and who worked with me on all the details is amazing. Ndirangu (Peter) was a most knowledgeable tour guide who ensured I saw and experienced everything I had hoped - and more. As important to me, he was extremely conscientious of respecting the animals with his careful driving and ensuring I could get close enough for that "winning" shot, balanced with respecting the needs of the animals for space. I saw many tour guides/trucks not doing this - instead distressing the animals by getting too close to them. They really went the extra mile and they would be my go-to for any future safaris in Kenya. I highly recommend you check with them for your next safari adventure in Kenya if you want to be in responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and careful hands.

We had an amazing time in Africa! Our tour was organized exactly as promised, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotels were fantastic, the price was perfect, and the all-inclusive resort made our stay completely stress-free.
A special thanks to Edith—we would choose her again and again for any future trips to Africa. And our driver, Chris, was outstanding! During our 6-day trip, we felt incredibly safe and well taken care of.
