Perfect trekking experience, best guide and great local knowledge!

We had the best experience ever on our 4 day gorilla and chimp trekking tour. Everything about it was a success and it beat our expectations, this wouldn’t have been possible without our guide Godwin he was the best he knew Uganda inside out we learnt so much, he was so friendly and kept making sure everything was running smoothly for us. We couldn’t recommend him enough!

This was my first trip to East Africa, and Dav made it very easy. Communication was prompt and clear while booming my tour, and they were able to tailor a package to my interests. My guide Isaac was prompt and courteous at every step, did a great job navigating some crazy roads, and helped me find great local restaurants for authentic African food—places that you wouldn’t be able to pick out on Yelp or Google. He also seemed to know everyone we bumped into in Rwanda and Uganda, and which made it easy to deal with customs when we had to cross the border or find an ATM.

Our tour took us to Rwanda and Uganda. We saw the Kigale Genocide Memorial, the Golden Monkeys, the Mountain Gorillas in Uganda, and Lake Bunyonyi. The scenery was stunning in both countries and the close encounters with the animals they are working hard to protect was something special.

Every step of the way our guide, Isaac, was on time, helpful, and smiling. He got us where we needed to be, helped us navigate the national park staging areas and boarder crossings, and was great company throughout our time in these beautiful and welcoming countries.

Additionally, he went the extra mile to ensure we made it to the airport in the middle of the night for a very early flight.

Solomon was the best! Made sure we had the best time and always had interesting information to share

100% worth it. Communication through email and WhatsApp was very easy and always got a same day response or within 1-2 days. The journey is long coming from Entebbe but definitely worth if for the experience you got with the gorillas and both accomodations for the two nights was beautiful and staff were amazing!

I can't say enough good things about this tour. Our guide Isaac was the best! He took care of every detail. Every lodge was special, in beautiful settings, with tasty food, and very kind staff.
The activities were all we could've asked for. Every day brought a new adventure: cute golden monkeys, awesome mountain gorillas and time at an island in a beautiful lake. This trip exceeded expectations!
