An Unforgettable Journey Designed Just for Us

From our very first contact with Telly Safaris, the team was quick to respond and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were incredibly patient and accommodating as we changed our plans several times while trying to create the perfect itinerary. Their professionalism and commitment to ensuring we had the best possible experience gave us great confidence from the start.
Upon our arrival, our guide, David, welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable, safe, and at home. All of the accommodations arranged by Telly Safaris were excellent and perfectly suited to our needs. David spent five days with us and was not only highly knowledgeable but also friendly, engaging, and passionate about sharing his country with us. Every day brought a new adventure, and his expertise and enthusiasm made our trip truly unforgettable.
Throughout our journey, William from Telly Safaris remained available and regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. The level of customer service was outstanding and exceeded our expectations.
Initially, we were hesitant about booking with a local company rather than one based in our own country. However, we are so glad that we chose Telly Safaris. The experience felt far more personal, authentic, and unique than it would have with a larger international operator. Amazing

The safari with Telly Africa Safari was amazing from start to finish. The communication with them was clean and simple, they really take into consideration everything you tell them to prepare the best tour for your needs. We did a 2 days/1night safari in Nyerere staying at Selous Lodge with the flights from and to Zanzibar included. The day before the safari, the agency called us to go through the itinerary to make sure that everything was in order, and it was. We had a bit of a delay the second day due to some problems at the park’s entrance gate, but it was quickly resolved. The guide, Mr Martin, and the driver are extremely prepared and know where to go to spot the animals you want to see. We spent the second day searching for the lions and sure enough, we found them in an area were no other cars were, so we were able to see them for more than an hour very close and alone. A similar thing happened with the elephants, we went into the forest to look for them and we were able to see them from really close and with no one else around. I highly reccomend them.

Thoughtful guides who were well informed and catered to our needs.
The travel agency was attentive and attentive to our wishes, needs. Accommodations were clean, good service and served good food.
Very high level of service. Cars were in good condition, comfortable and clean.

Great value for money, wanted to resolve issues before they became a problem. They ensured we were happy with our experience and planned for the next activity.

We booked a three day safari to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and lake Manyara in June and vere so pleased with our trip. The drivers and all the staff were so welcoming and they made sure we had a wonderful experience. The trip was good value for money and all of the requests that we had were met. We can absolutely recomend Telly Africa Safaris! They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you also for giving us a free guided tour of Arusha, we really enjoyed it!
