Extremely helpful, reliable, and friendly service
Africa Starpal Safaris exceeded my expectations in every way. Both the operator and the guide were incredibly helpful and always attentive to solving any problem. They even assisted me with getting a local SIM card and picked me up directly from the airport, making everything smooth and stress-free. Our guide Dennis was fantastic—always available and ready to help with anything. Paul was also excellent and very professional.
The safari itself was wonderful: we saw many animals up close, and the lodges were truly amazing, giving us the real African vibes and atmosphere. Overall, the communication, service, and reliability were outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable safari experience.

Fantastic
Fantastic 4 day safari in Tsavo East/West and Saltlick with Morris.
All communication regarding booking and questions to Paul in advance was top-notch.
Morris was a very knowledgeable guide and safe driver.
We stayed at Voi Safarilodge, Ngulia Safarilodge and Salt Lick Safarilodge. At Voi you have a tunnel that allows you to get close to the animals that come to the waterhole. Ngulia has Leopard feeding and a waterhole right outside the hotel room. Salt Lick, where the rooms are on stilts, allows the animals to roam freely around the houses. Food and lodging good in all places. Salt Lick is a large lodge with a lot of people!
In Tsavo East we saw the most animals, the west has a different and exciting landscape. In Salt Lick, night safari is recommended. Fantastic to see animals in their usual surroundings. We caught 4 of the big 5.

The simplicity, the sympathy, the kindness and the professionalism
The one with Africa Starpal was a fantastic experience. We booked a little hesitantly because it was the first time we relied on a local tour operator. Everything is perfectly organised. Paul and his staff responded to our every request with speed and clarity. Our guide Glen took us to every corner, driving with dexterity and accompanying us with his sympathy and attention for the duration of our Safari. Seven unforgettable days. Highly recommended.

Amazing safari tour
We are group of 7 people. By chance I know Africa Stapal Safari Safaris through other traveller comments. And actually what I experienced is the same as other travellers. Paul is the agency manager, he is so kind and patient with any kinds of question and ideas from us. The communication is very smooth. Our driver/guide Ken is very good. He drove so well and could help us much on spotting the animals. The price and accomodation are also very fine even the budget package. Strongly recommend

Great 5-Day Safari Experience with Sarpal
We recently returned from a 5-day safari in Kenya organized by Sarpal, and we are very happy with the experience. As a couple, we were looking for an adventure that combined comfort, efficiency, and authenticity—and Sarpal delivered on all fronts.
From the moment we were picked up, everything was well-coordinated. Our guide, Morris, was exceptional. He was not only professional and punctual but also incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, parks, and Kenyan culture. His passion for nature was evident, and he made every effort to ensure we had the best sightings and a smooth, safe journey.
The itinerary covered three major parks—Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli—within five days. While that meant long drives, the van provided was very comfortable and well-equipped for the terrain, with large windows perfect for game viewing and photography.
The lodges we stayed in were clean, comfortable, and beautifully located, often with views that made you feel immersed in nature. What stood out the most was the hospitality—everywhere we stayed, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We were fortunate to witness a wide variety of wildlife, (unfortunately, we missed the leopard) and many unforgettable scenes.
Sarpal offered great value for money. The experience felt luxurious without being overpriced, making it accessible without sacrificing quality.
