A well-organised and unforgettable safari

We did a 9-day tour with Savannah Sound Safaris as a group of 17 people, traveling in three separate jeeps with three amazing drivers (Samuel, Duncan, and Nick). They were not only excellent drivers and knowledgeable guides, but also felt like friends throughout the journey. They genuinely cared about our experience and did their absolute best to make each day amazing. They kept the group on schedule while allowing enough flexibility for us to enjoy each moment and take great photos. There was never a sense of being rushed.

Before the tour, I wanted to travel from Nairobi to Mombasa, and even though this was not part of the package, the tour operator kindly arranged my tickets in advance. We had a member in our group with mobility issues, and the team ensured that the jeep was accessible and comfortable for them, making the journey much easier.

Considering everything we experienced, the incredible wildlife, the accommodation, the comfort, and the flexibility to choose locations, the value for money was excellent.

Our driver, Samuel, was fantastic. Having done this for nearly 20 years, he had extensive knowledge about the animals, took the time to let us enjoy every moment, and was friendly, fun, and highly experienced. He was a very safe driver, which made us feel completely at ease.

I would definitely use this company again for a safari in Kenya and would love to travel with the same drivers and guides. They were reliable, went above and beyond, and gave us an unforgettable experience.

Our safari exceeded every expectation. Duncan, our driver and guide, was absolutely phenomenal. His knowledge, expertise, and passion were evident every step of the journey, and he made the experience so much more meaningful. We walked away not only with incredible memories, but also with a deeper appreciation and understanding of the culture, wildlife, and country itself.

Every driver for our group - Duncan, Sam, and Nick - was communicative, professional, friendly and incredibly accommodating to any requests we had throughout the trip. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish.

This was truly a lifetime experience for the books, and one that we will cherish forever. I would highly recommend Savannah Sound Safaris to anyone considering a safari adventure, and I would not hesitate to book with them again in the future.

Our driver, Nic (Nicholas), was absolutely amazing from day one! He is incredibly friendly, has a great sense of humor, and kept us feeling safe throughout the entire journey. Since I was traveling with my family, I deeply appreciated the extra measures he took to ensure everyone was comfortable and attended to. When I landed in Kenya, if anyone asked me where I would go for my next African safari I would have said Tanzania or Botswana. But now I want to go back to Kenya just so I can see more of Kenya with Savannah Sound Safaris and here's why.

A safari in Kenya was a dream trip for me for a long time and I could not have chosen a better tour operator for that trip than Savannah Sound Safaris. From the very first day I contacted them to start planning the trip to the moment they dropped us off at the airport at the end of the trip, they were very professional and reliable. Ours was a group of 17 and Danson, who managed the entire booking and planning process, made it so easy for us to plan the trip for such a large group. The level of customization they offered to our itinerary was the biggest positive during the planning process.

The tour itself was simply amazing. The 3 driver-guides Nick, Duncan and Samuel, made sure we had prime seats to breathtaking encounters with wild animals. What stood out for me was they provided that prime experience to us while respecting the wildlife and their natural habitat.

Did we get value for the money we paid? Absolutely! But is that all we got? Absolutely no! We got an experience and memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
