Unforgettable experience
The trip was extremely well organized. Everything worked perfectly and took place exactly at the agreed times. The biggest thanks definitely go to our guide, Bacardi! Our entire group of six really liked him. He was kind, friendly, spoke fluent English and helped us at every accommodation. He taught us so much about the safari animals, answered all our questions and was an absolutely excellent driver!
It felt like we were constantly getting to the best spots for photographing the animals, and whenever there were no animals to see, we moved smoothly and efficiently to the next location. 😎
We were served breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, and our cook prepared delicious meals for us. Everything went so well that I honestly can't think of anything negative to say – except that Ngorongoro is REALLY cold! 🥶 Bring plenty of warm clothes, as it was only 5°C at night when we were there.
One more tip: bring some toilet paper with you, as you won't always find it in the toilets.
Overall, an absolutely amazing and unforgettable safari experience. We would highly recommend Swahili Paradise Tours & Safaris!

Difficult situation
We are very disappointed with our experience.
We accepted the company's quotation, confirmed the booking, and paid the full amount in advance. Only after our payment were we informed that the room included in our confirmed booking was no longer available. Instead of honouring the agreed booking, we were asked to pay an additional USD 50 per person for a different room.
We explained that we did not accept these additional charges because the change was entirely on the company's side and asked them to honour the original agreement. After we made this clear, there was no further communication from the company. Instead, the booking was cancelled by the safari company.
At the time of writing this review, we still do not know whether we will receive a full refund of the money we have already paid.
The communication was polite, but we expected the company to honour its confirmed offer and to work with us to find a fair solution instead of cancelling the booking after full payment. Unfortunately, this experience has left us very disappointed, and we cannot recommend booking with this company.

Great service!
We did the short budget safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Swahili Paradise and we were very happy with their service, Jimmy answered very quickly all our pre-tour questions and doubts, and the most important part, the safari, was excellent thanks to our guide Rasheed. He was very professional and attentive, showed us the Big 5 and much more, we had a great experience in both Serengeti and Ngorongoro but the experience in Serengeti was unbeatable. The price of the tour also was good.
I strongly recommend Swahili Paradise specially with Rasheed as your guide for any Tanzanian safari!
