HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend this agency to my worst enemies!

An agency that takes absolutely no responsibility for anything and provides appalling customer service.

We booked a 10-day tour with this agency. A person travelling with me was struck on the head by the driver while retrieving his suitcase from the car. It was an accident, and the driver immediately admitted responsibility, but after speaking with the agency, he changed his version of events.

We filed a police report and submitted formal complaints to several tourism regulatory authorities.

My friend suffered a head wound measuring 6 cm in length and 1 cm in depth, which required stitches. As a result, we missed our flight and had to pay for additional accommodation.

Not only did the agency refuse to take any responsibility whatsoever, but they didn't even show the slightest concern for his well-being.

Their behaviour was absolutely disgraceful, and we intend to take legal action with the support of the Embassy.

One of the best tourist service I have experienced till date in a foreign country. Everything was perfectly planned and executed by the Africa incoming team. No issues or last minute changes. Very responsive for any doubts.
Most favourite part was the vehicle they provided and even better was Mr. Faldie, our driver. A true gentleman and excellent knowledge about Africa and its culture. Very caring towards our family and especially kids. 5 star rating to everyone involved from Africa incoming in executing our trip

Kate & I, just completed an amazing tour of Southern Africa, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, & Namibia. The whole experience was incredibly enjoyable, from the breathtaking scenery and beautiful places to the wonderful atmosphere throughout the tour. Everything was well organised, and we truly enjoyed every moment of it.

Cape Town is such a stunning & amazing city. Tayb our Cape Town Guide, made the experience even more special and memorable. Highly recommended! Huge Thumbs up.

If you are going to Southern Africa, give Africa Incoming a call, they won't let you down, they arranged everything perfectly. Thnx Dudes for proving a perfect trip to Southern Africa, especially Ronnie, who made our trip most memorable.

INCREDIBLE SAFARI EXPERIENCE

Me, my partner and parents had the most incredible experience in Africa. It was perfectly planned, the speed, accomodation, game drives etc. We saw so much in a week and feel so grateful for the easy communication and service we received over the week. We spent most of our time with an amazing tour guide Prince in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. He went above and beyond for us and even made sure to check in on my partner and I after we left the tour as we spent a few extra days in Zimbabwe. He was so much fun, patient with us and taught us a lot along the long drives. Another note was a tour guide Nthato who spent the day with us from Johannesburg to Kruger and he was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a wonderful day. Thank you to all that helped planning behind the scenes, you did beautifully! Couldn’t recommend the company more!

Africa Incoming were fantastic to deal with from planning the trip to taking us around. Super friendly staff who are so responsive to the needs of your group. We were a group of three couples who wanted to experience Johannesburg, Kruger and Cape Town and the itinerary was perfect.
The accommodations booked were great, the pick-ups and transfers were on time and friendly and the safari experience was truly amazing. We couldn't have wished for more, it was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
