we had a great four-day safari. We possibly packed too much in.an extra day would’ve been nice. Our driver Justin was amazing. The accommodation and food was also great. We saw more wildlife than we possibly could have imagined and enjoyed a visit to a Masai village

We booked with Serengeti Smiles for my 55th birthday and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect, the food wonderful and the guide (Justin) was excellent. He adjusted to our needs and tailored the trip to our interests. He organized an impromptu visit to a Massai village and an after hours visit to the Oldupai Gorge Museum. My husband had limited mobility and Justin quietly ensured the Land Rover was positioned so my husband had the best view of the animals from his seat. We saw so many different animals we couldn’t count them anymore.

Needless to say, Tanzania's wildlife and nature is simply incredible - witnessing it first hand is an unforgettable experience (in 7 days, we toured visited Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorogoro, Southern & Central Serengeti and Lake Eyasi). But above all, in Hussein we found an amazing guide to navigate through the multiple parks. Hussein - with his sharp eyes to spot rare wildlife; his skills to master bumpy roads, floods and challenges of nature - while always being calm; charming, extremely knowledgeable, punctual, flexible, funny and kind - is what made this trip truly a once in a lifetime experience. Hussein 100% made sure that all of our needs were met at all times. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The planning ahead of the Safari from beginning to end was absolutely on point, with Erick being super quick to respond, flexible in ensuring that all of our wishes are reflected in the programme.
We will come back to enjoy another trip with Serengeti Smile during the dry season, that's for sure. So: see you soon!

Reliable service and helpfull guide - Zack. Also he was a veteran driver and master in animals recognition. Lodges were comfotrable. Overall, good value for money!

We have had wonderfull three-days safari. Everything was in accordance with in advance approved plan. Hotels were comfortable and there was enough place for six people in the car. Our guide Zak was experienced driver and told us many informations about animals and birds. There was no problem with our requests for extra stops and plans inside the park. From the organisation point of view was our trip well prepared. Entrance to the parks was smooth without our assistence. Everything was on time. Food in the park from the boxes was sufficient and there was enough places to take a brake with toilets.
Thanks a lot for was amazing experience.
