We have just finished a 4-day safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, and the experience was absolutely incredible. We had the opportunity to see a wide variety of animals in breathtaking landscapes, and every day exceeded our expectations.

We would especially like to highlight the outstanding work of Omar, our driver, and James, our guide. Both were professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our experience the best possible. Omar drove us safely and comfortably through all the parks, always finding the best spots to observe wildlife.

The service we received was exceptional from day one. Their kindness, friendliness, and dedication truly made a difference and turned this safari into an unforgettable experience.

We 100% recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tanzania. Thank you so much, Omar and James, for the memories that we will cherish forever!

We had a fantastic time on our 4-day Safari booked with Crater Explorer. Everything was well organized, our guide Thomas was simply amazing and we managed to see many animals (for which you’ll always need a little bit of luck, you’re not going to the zoo). Crater Explorer is a slightly smaller companies than some of the big names you’ll see so they really put efforts into customers satisfaction. We’d recommend them to anyone looking to do a safari in Serengeti and N’Gorongoro.

Our experience was very good, i saw way more animals than i was expecting and our tour guide, timothy, was excellent and a nice chef who made very tasty food

When looking for our safari, I researched a number of tour companies. I chose Crater Explorers because they offered great value for money and Emanuel’s communication was friendly. quick and informative.
When we arrived at Kilimanjaro airport Emanuel was there to great us with a welcoming smile. We decided on the 4 day safari, taking in Tarangire NP, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide Timot was safe on the roads, friendly, reliable and extremely knowledgeable without being over the top. He knew the beautiful landscape and the animals of his country like the back of his hand. We seen the Big 5, the ugly 5 and much much more! My highlights were the lion cub eating, the baby elephant being scared of a bird and spotting the elusive Leopard walking along a rock face.
We could not have got through the 4 days without the delightful chef, Emmanuel, who offered us variety and an abundance of food which was fresh and delicious. Thank you all for an amazing and unforgettable experience.

The tour was amazing! Communication before and during the tour was great. This company has very competitive options for campings and lodges. We chose the camping (4 days/3nights) and it was simply perfect. Emanuel is very responsive. The driver Timo and the chef Emanuel are super kind and happy to explain when you have questions. Overall, I highly recommend a safari experience with crater explorer!
