Inflexible. We were not able to see the lions and I was another game drive

1. We were not able to see the lions and I was expecting that they will make another effort by giving us another game drive so that we have a complete experience but no effort was made
2. I made a request to change my drop location to my hotel instead of airport but it wasn't approved.
3. It was football world cup final that evening & the taxi was late by 1 hr. As a result I missed the world cup final.

4 day budget package. Good accommodation. Good transport and itinerary. Good food but lunch and drinks not included. Knowledgeable safari guides. Authentic safari experience. Nature and landscapes in South Africa extraordinary and better than expected

Andre was very helpful working out the Garden route tour plan , he introduced us to really amazing tour parson, Machiel which made out trip most enjoyable .
He took us trough multi day amazing , unforgettable and fun trip at Garden route .
He is really knowledgeable about all the places that we have visited , the history , the people and the especial hidden spots . He is really friendly , outgoing and passionate about his job.
Machiel is amazing tour guide and a person !

Very knowledgeable, kept the group safe and was timely. Bus was always on time, activities were prompt and planned out very well. Tour guides and drivers were all so friendly.
