We obviously chose Smiles based on testimonials from those who had already had this experience, and I can say those accounts were actually understated. Albert and Emiliana’s company delivers a product of exceptional quality, making for an unforgettable experience. A key factor in making this possible—beyond Smiles' professionalism and infrastructure—was our guide/driver, Stanley. He possesses extensive knowledge of the Serengeti, backed by 12 years of experience. Punctual, available, and well-informed, with an incredible eye for spotting the park's wildlife, having him with us for four days was a pleasure.

Day after day, they turned our dream safari into reality.
Thanks to Erik’s excellent Italian, every game drive became an opportunity to learn about the animals and the fascinating local culture.
Pius’s incredible knowledge and sharp eye allowed us to see every animal, even in the most challenging situations.

From the initial bespoke planning stages to the flawless internal logistics, every detail was handled with absolute precision and care.The true magic, however, came alive during the game drives. Guided by an expert with an astonishingly sharp instinct for wildlife tracking, the savanna revealed its greatest treasures, offering breathtaking, intimate encounters with the legendary Big Five. Combined with the deeply moving, genuine warmth of local hospitality, this Tanzanian adventure surpassed every imagination. Serengeti Smiles is an absolute triumph, and securing Domi as a guide is essential.

Safari in Africa has been on our bucket list for a long time and we lucked our with this travel company.
Patricia was excellent from arranging our custom package to ensuring seemless travel within Tanzania. Our guide Domi went above and beyond in making our trip a memorable experience. His knowledge on the parks and keen sense during game drives were instrumental in getting us multiple views of the big 5. We loved overall hospitality of Tanzania. We had a great time on the 5 day great migration, Serengeti and Ngorongoro tour. Our guide (Libe) was very knowledgeable, and we managed to see all 5 of the big 5 plus plenty more. The quality of service and rooms for the price was also great.
