The safari was an overall amazing experience but the tour guide was not so good

Overall our safari experience was amazing. We were super satisfied with the upgraded lodgings we selected and the itinerary and what we got to see was perfect. The only negatives were the poor communication between the booking company (Osnet) and our tour guide who worked for another company I think, and our tour guide did not provide much info on what we were seeing, info on animals, the area, etc. We kept googling stuff to learn more. Would have been much better if our tour guide was outgoing and talkative. Still a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I will never forget and highly recommend going on a safari to anyone!

The whole trip was excellent, all the guides are reliable.

Geofrey was extremely professional throughout the entire consultation process. He offered many great suggestions to make our trip smoother and responded very quickly, which gave us the peace of mind to place our deposit.

During the trip, we accidentally left an item behind at our hotel. Geofrey helped us contact the hotel and arranged to courier it to our next stop, ensuring our itinerary wasn't affected at all. We are truly grateful to Osnet Travel Agency

We are a group of six from China, and this was our first time participating in such a trip in this way. At first, we were a bit concerned about encountering an unreliable travel agency, but after communicating with Geofrey, we found him to be highly professional, clear-minded, and efficient. In fact, his exceptional organizational and coordination skills throughout the journey provided us with a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Our 18-day trip included Amboseli, Nakuru, and Maasai Mara in Kenya, as well as Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and Zanzibar Island in Tanzania—covering multiple destinations across two countries. Geofrey arranged everything in an orderly and meticulous manner. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
