First Rate - Beyond expectations

We booked with Lion King Adventures for our 2026 safari. The trip was amazing and our trusted guide and driver, Salehe, was absolutely superb. Our trip lasted 11 days in October and covered Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Highlands and crater and Lake Manyara National Park. The accommodation was excellent and luxurious in places and all the Lion King staff were really kind and cheerful. We felt very well looked after. More to say about Salehe. He was always cheerful and patient and had a very good knowledge of the wildlife and was well equipped to answer all our questions due to his wealth of knowledge. A true professional with a great sense of humour and very positive attitude. We were very lucky to have him. He was excellent in locating all the game, for we saw all the great animals of Africa in great number and up close, including the elusive cheetahs and black and white rhinos. Salehe is your man if you want to find them. The other thing we noticed is how well Salehe handled himself with the other drivers and in all aspects of the trip. He really made this a smooth and well-run safari and everything organized to a tee.

We went on safari for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Lion King organized the trip very well! Our safari guide, Suleiman, was amazing! He was super knowledgeable about all of the animals and made sure we had a great time! I would highly recommend a safari with Lion King in Tanzania!

Perfect Safari trip in the best parks in Tanzania. Experienced guide, great driver (Fredy) and very good photographer who accompanied us throughout the trip (Baraka). We got the best sights of the wild life. Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, Leopards, Zebras, Buffalos, Cheetahs and Rhinos…. All from a very close distance. From organizing the trip to monitoring throughout the expedition, the Lion King team showed why it is one of the best in Africa for Safari. Sensational experience that my whole family (my wife and I with 2 children aged 6 and 10) will remember forever!! Karibu Sana Lion King!!!

We just returned from an amazing experience on a safari in Tanzania, thanks to Lion King Adventures! It was truly an unforgettable experience. Lion King Adventures were incredibly professional from the first contact to the very end when we were dropped off at the airport. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Pendo, Naurey, were our first contacts and they were professional and always quickly responded to our questions. Frederick and Jackson were incredible guides! So patient, knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we saw up close all of the animals we dreamed of seeing. Our lodging was super clean and very comfortable, with tasty meals served on terraces overlooking beautiful landscapes. If I could, I would return in a heartbeat.
