Outstanding safari experience with Plex Africa Safaris

We had an absolutely incredible experience booking our safari through Plex Africa Safaris and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From the very first enquiry, communication was excellent — clear, friendly, and reassuring. They were always available to contact via WhatsApp, which made everything feel incredibly easy and stress-free. Throughout the trip they regularly messaged to check that everything was going well and to make sure we were happy, which was a really thoughtful and reassuring touch.
Every detail of our safari was carefully planned and professionally organised, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics.

The safari itself exceeded all expectations. Transfers, accommodation, game drives and river cruise all ran smoothly and on time, and everything felt well thought out rather than rushed or generic. A special mention must go to our safari guide, Abduli, who was outstanding. His knowledge of wildlife, landscapes, and animal behaviour was exceptional, and his calm, friendly manner made every game drive both educational and enjoyable. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife and experience some truly unforgettable moments.

What really set Plex Africa Safaris apart was the personal care and attention throughout the entire trip. It never felt like a standard package — instead, it felt tailored, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on giving us the best possible experience. We felt safe, well looked after, and valued from start to finish.

We had a 2 day tour with Jafari as guide and Maneno as driver. Both of them are very kind and very helpful and know everything about the park and the animals. Would recommend 100%, we will come back for sure!!

Let's be honest, as Europeans we were a bit suspicious on African organisations, especially when it comes to final payments. But from the start Edward was really clear in communication through email and WhatsApp. Also helpful and patience when we asked for changes in the itenerary. From pickup in the early morning from our hotel on Zanzibar (driver was exactly on time), to arranging the Tented camp and pickup back two days later.
We chose 2 days safari and did the boat trip. Our guide Jaffari was highly educated and driver Maneno has 20 years of experience in Nyerere National park. So we can only say we had a flawless experience with Plex. The whole process from contact to bank transfers, service during the trip and reliability.

We went on a safari with Plex Safari, and it was excellently organized. Communication with the company was easy and quick. Questions were always answered, and overall, it is an excellent company.
The actual safari went extremely well. The transportation, flights, meals, everything!
However, the best part was our guide! He spoke excellent English and knew about everything. Of course, he knew about the animals, but also about plants and everything else related to Tanzania. He added so much more to the whole safari because he was such a skilled guide!
I definitely recommend Plex Safari; for us, it was absolutely the best option because we had strict time requirements and needed the safari to fit with our other plans.
