Very organized but flexible.

I had a wonderful Experience doing the 2-days Nyungwe Park Safari with Chimpanzee Trekking. As my tour felt exactly on Umuganda the intenreray had to be adjusted from the original plan but I was given different alternatives. The acompańamiento is very good and the explain you how everything is going to take place, so you know what to expect. The services are very individual and adjustable to your preferences.

Top-notch custom gorilla trekking with prompt, professional service!

Highly recommend New Horizon Africa Safaris! They were the fastest to respond among five operators we messaged and easily customized a two-day gorilla trekking itinerary for our group of four adults, including an overnight stay in Musanze. Communication was seamless throughout.

Our driver/guide was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the regions we passed through. The vehicle was very comfortable for the 3+ hour drive, with thoughtful breaks along the way. Fantastic service from start to finish!

I traveled in July 2026 with my son in Rwanda using the services of New Horizon Africa Safaris.

We do keep excellent memories of Emmanuel (manager), Jean-Paul (Safari guide) and Valentin (trekking guide).

We’ve decided to rent a car with driver and it was the best decision ever for our holidays in Rwanda.
